What we know about Cyril Charles Simpson

The Cockell boys  had two sisters, Grace and Dorothy and it seems Grace Cockell married a Cyril Charles Simpson in Lewisham, 1908. Cyril Charles Simpson lived in Purley at 2 Pretoria Terrace, Brighton Rd,

Cyril Charles Simpson (b. 19 April 1874 in Erpingham, Norfolk; d. 5 June 1953 in Hove, Sussex) was an English cricketer. He played one first-class match for Northamptonshire against Essex in 1908. He later played three matches for the Straits Settlements against the Federated Malay States between 1919 and 1922.

It would appear that the house in Purley was torn down when the street was widened.
