Cockell’s address

After looking at that 1891 census for the Cockell’s, I do not think they were connected to the Divers family on the previous page. I think making them one household is an error in the Ancestry.com database. The Divers family was living at 215 Stanstead Rd. The Cockell family was at 217 Stanstead Rd.  So it seems the parents were on travel with Grace and left the other two kids with grandma. Edward must have been in military training at the time? Or perhaps the census taker was just being careless.
