Finding Edward and Katherine Cockell!

The year was 1920. The ship was the Empress of Russia.  Port of Departure, Hong Kong China sailing to the USA. Arriving at Port Vancouver, B.C. Two passengers of note Edward L Cockell (age 45) a “government servant” born in London, England and Katherine F Cockell, his wife (age 45) born in Melbourne Australia.
